📋Information We Collect01

We do not collect any personal information. The App does not require account registration, login, or any form of identity verification.

The only data the App stores is your best score, saved exclusively on your local device using Android's app-private storage. This value is never transmitted to any server, never shared with any third party, and is not accessible to anyone other than you on your own device.

✓ No name or email ✓ No location data ✓ No device identifiers ✓ No usage analytics ✓ No crash reports ✓ No financial data ✓ No health data ✓ No contacts or messages

⚙️How We Use Information02

Because we collect no personal information, there is no personal data for us to use, process, analyse, or profile. The locally stored best score is used solely to display your personal high score within the App on your own device.

🔗Data Sharing & Disclosure03

We do not share, sell, rent, trade, or otherwise disclose any personal information to any third party — because we do not collect any.

We will never sell your personal data. We have no data brokers, advertising partners, or analytics providers that receive data from this App.

The only circumstance in which we could be required to disclose information is if compelled by a valid legal order (e.g. court order or subpoena). Since we hold no personal data, there is nothing to disclose.

🗂️Data Retention04

The best score stored locally on your device is retained until you uninstall the App or manually clear the App's data via your device settings (Settings → Apps → Sky Hopper → Storage → Clear Data).

We retain no data on any server. There is no data held by the Developer that can be deleted upon request, because none is ever collected.

🌐Internet Permission & Network Activity05

The App declares the INTERNET permission in its Android manifest. This permission is required by the Android WebView component used to render the game. However, the App makes no outbound network connections of any kind during normal gameplay. No data, scores, device identifiers, or any other information are ever transmitted over a network.

All game assets and fonts are bundled locally within the App — no external servers, CDNs, or font services are contacted. The App functions entirely offline. Cleartext (HTTP) traffic is explicitly blocked via Android's Network Security Configuration; only HTTPS would be permitted if a connection were ever attempted.

ℹ INTERNET permission declared ✓ No outbound network requests ✓ Fully offline gameplay ✓ Cleartext traffic blocked

🧩Third-Party Services06

Sky Hopper does not integrate any third-party SDKs or services for:

The App makes no external network requests of any kind. All rendering is performed locally using system fonts.

📢Advertising07

Sky Hopper contains no advertisements of any kind. No ad SDKs are present in the App. No advertising identifiers (including Android Advertising ID / AAID) are accessed, read, or used.

👶Children's Privacy (COPPA)08

Sky Hopper is a family-friendly arcade game suitable for all ages, including children under 13. The App is designed to comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR-K) for children.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from any user, including children under the age of 13 (or the applicable age of digital consent in your jurisdiction). No behavioural advertising, profiling, or tracking of any kind is performed.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided personal information to us, please contact us at the address in Section 15. We will promptly investigate and delete any such information if found.

🔒Data Security09

We take security seriously. The App enforces HTTPS for all network connections and blocks cleartext traffic via Android's Network Security Configuration. The App is signed with a V2/V3/V4 APK signature scheme and code is obfuscated via ProGuard in release builds.

Since no personal data is collected or transmitted to any server, there is no personal data at risk of a server-side breach. Your locally stored best score is protected by Android's app-sandboxing model and your device's own security.

🇪🇺Your Rights — EEA / UK (GDPR)10

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA) or the United Kingdom, you have the following rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and UK GDPR:

Because we collect and hold no personal data, exercising these rights will result in confirmation that we hold nothing. To exercise any right, contact us at the address in Section 15. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

🇺🇸Your Rights — California (CCPA / CPRA)11

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA) grants you the following rights:

We do not sell personal information. We do not collect personal information. Therefore, there is no personal information to disclose, delete, or opt out of selling. To submit a verifiable consumer request, contact us at the address in Section 15.

🌍International Data Transfers12

The App does not transfer personal data internationally because no personal data is collected and no network connections are made. The App operates entirely offline on your device.

⚖️Legal Basis for Processing (GDPR)13

Under GDPR, a legal basis is required for processing personal data. Since Sky Hopper does not process any personal data, no legal basis is required.

The local best score stored on your device is processed solely on your own device under your control and does not constitute processing of personal data by the Developer.
